Policy

MON-SAT: 9:00am - 7:00pm

•A deposit of 40% of your total is required to secure your spot.
- Deposit is NOT refundable
- Deposit will count towards the total

•The clients payment will be due in its entirety the DAY OF the session.

•Please arrive on time to your photoshoot.

•Extra time will NOT be given for late arrival

•After 15 minutes THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE

•Please make sure hair and makeup is nicely done before your session and clothes are well ironed and you are already dressed in your first outfit.

•You will lose your deposit if:
- You are 30+ minutes late and will be rescheduled until the next available date.
- You reschedule your appointment at the last minute. I must be notified at least 24 hours before prior to your appointment.
- You don't communicate with me a day before or the day of your session.
- You can reschedule your date 3 times, after that third time, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit must be sent.

•I HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO EVERY PHOTO I CAPTURE, THEREFORE I HAVE THE RIGHT TO UPLOAD AND SHARE MY WORK. ANYTHING AGAINST THIS SHOULD BE CLARIFIED BEFORE BOOKING.

•UPON BOOKING THE CLIENT AGREES I HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO POST MY WORK ON SOCIAL MEDIA

•Upon booking my photography services, it is important to note that I reserve the right to upload and share my work on my social media platforms. Any preferences or restrictions regarding this matter should be communicated and discussed prior to finalizing the booking agreement.

•If there’s a specific place you want your session at, that must be specified when scheduling. I work around the Germantown and Olive branch areas. Anywhere else will be an extra charge of $10 for gas.

•If your chosen location has an entrance fee, then it will be added to your total price

•If you don’t have a specific place in mind, then I’m willing to send you some suggestions. :)

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 1-2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season of the photoshoot). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

•For special events, such as: family events, quinceañeras, weddings, baptisms, etc., prices will vary. You will have to schedule a meeting with me and we will discuss everything during the consultation.

*I may require you to sign a contract agreeing to our terms in case of booking me for your special event*

*For events like these, your photos will be delivered via a flashdrive*
